Technical Support for InspectFaster
Our customers are our number one priority.
As a result, we at InspectFaster have a reputation for always trying to
provide the best technical support we can to our customers.
There are several ways
to receive technical support.
E-Mail
Our tech support personnel is monitoring e-mail all the time during regular business
hours (8-5 PST). If you e-mail us during business hours, we will
usually respond within an hour. If it’s not during business hours,
you should receive a response in the first working hour of the
following business day.
Please note that if your e-mail box automatically filters junk email
(especially Yahoo! mail and Hotmail), please make sure to add our
e-mail address (support@inspectfaster.com, sales@inspectfaster.com, etc) to your safe
list.
InspectFaster Home Inspection Forum
The forum has been in operation for approximately one year now (since December 2008), but because our software is so easy to use and relatively trouble-free, it contains very few posts. If you have any questions, you may wish to first search the forum to see if someone else has asked the same or
similar question. If they have not, please ask your question there. Every time you post something in the forum, our
tech support personnel instantly receives an e-mail notification, so you are
assured of a timely response. Questions posted in the Forum are placed at the very top of our support priority list as a way to encourage InspectFaster users to post their questions on the forum, as this will benefit future InspectFaster users.
Telephone
If email or the forum does not adequately resolve any questions or concerns that you might have, simply send us an email telling us so. Explain the problem or question that you have, along with a phone number where we might reach you, and we will call you as soon as we are able.
Extended Service Plan
InspectFaster comes with 6 months of free technical support and upgrades, which is twice as long as the industry standard. However, if you wish to extend this free service period, as many of our users do, and continue to receive support and upgrades for an additional 6 month period, please click on the "Extended Service Plan" button below. Extending your service plan helps us to continue developing and improving InspectFaster, so your support is greatly appreciated and much needed.
